Welcome to the Reston Heights Homeowners Association
The Reston Heights Homeowners Association (RHHOA) is a subdivision in Madison, Wisconsin located on the far-east side of the city. Reston Heights is comprised of primarily single-family houses along with duplexes and multi-family units.
The purpose of the RHHOA is to maintain architectural uniformity as outlined in the Restrictions for Reston Heights East the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. The RHHOA also ensures that common areas owned by the RHHOA are properly maintained. Membership in the RHHOA is dictated by property title.
