Reston Heights Homeowner Association

 The 2024 dues for your property are due by May 31,  2024 in the amount of $225. A prompt pay discount in the amount of $200 is being offered again this year for those that do not have an existing balance past due. The prompt pay discount offer expires on May 1, 2024.

There are now two ways to pay your annual dues:

• Homeowners will be responsible for paying the convenience fee to GoDaddy. 2024 electronic dues amount will be $230.60. The prompt pay (prior to May 1) dues are $200.00 plus $5.03 for online processing.

How to pay online.

1. Completing the "Request for Online Payment Form"  below.
2. RHHOA will send you an invoice email within several days.
3. The homeowner will receive an online payment email from our RHHOA online processor company.
4. Follow the directions in the email to make your payment.
5. Once submitted, the homeowner will receive a payment receipt email.
