Reston Heights Homeowner Association

 The 2026 dues for your property are due by May 31,  2025, in the amount of $225. A $200 prompt-pay discount is being offered again this year to those who do not have an existing past-due balance. The prompt pay discount offer expires on May 1, 2026.

There are now two ways to pay your annual dues:

• Homeowners will be responsible for paying the convenience fee to GoDaddy. 2026 electronic dues amount will be $231.83 ($225.00 plus $6.83 processing fees). The prompt pay (prior to May 1) dues are $200.00 plus $6.10 for online processing.

How to pay online.

1. Complete the "Request for Online Payment Form"  below.
2. RHHOA will respond to your request within 72 hours of receiving your online payment submission form.
3. Creating the invoice is a manual process by the RHHOA Treasurer.
4.  The homeowner will receive an online payment email from our RHHOA Online Processor Company.
5. Follow the directions in the email to make your payment.
6. Once submitted, the homeowner will receive a payment receipt via email.
